| Step 1: UNPLUG YOUR ELECTROLUX VACUUM CLEANER. Electrolux vacuum belts come in a variety of different sizes. Make sure the belt you bought or your about to buy is specifically for the PN-5 powerhead. |

| Step 3:
Place the powerhead upside down on a flat surface so that you have access to the bottom plate. Remove the phillips head screws and put them to the side. Flip the powerhead back over so that you are looking at the top of it. LOOK AT THE RESET SWITCH ON THE POWERHEAD. When you remove the top of the machine, the switch may be attached to the top. The switch doesn't need to be disconnected. When you remove the top of the powerhead cover, making sure you "baby" the section where the switch is located. Pick the power head cover up just high enough to remove it from the base, minding the reset switch wires. |

| Step 6: Spin the vacuum cleaner roller a few times to assure that everything is ok. Reassemble your Electrolux PN5 vacuum cleaner power head. |
